Our Story

The point of this blog is to keep friends and family informed of what we (by this I mainly mean Brooklynn) are up to.  In this crazy fast paced world we don’t always have the time to “catch up”, so I wanted a place where people could catch up with us if they wanted to.  I may also use this blog as my outlet to discuss my feelings on random topics. 

Alright, a little about me.  Well I graduated with a BS in Finance. Yes, I love numbers.  I prefer things that are black and white.  My OCD does not cope well with gray areas (just kidding I do not have OCD, so I think).  I had a wonderful job working as an Analyst at a big financial company. However, once motherhood entered my life, I couldn’t see leaving my child for more than 10 hours a day.  I was lucky enough to get a job working part time from home.  So that is what I do.  I am now a stay at home working part time mom.  I wouldn’t change it for the world.  I feel so fortunate to be able to be with Brooklynn all day and see all her developments and changes.  I dream one day of my husband and I having our own business, there is no denying the entrepreneurial flame inside me; and living happily ever after. (Yes like in the Disney movies)
